Motor Rotors
In-mold oriented inner rotors for appliance motors; precision parts can be finish-turned after molding. Tooling is fast and mold ownership is clear, and molds, finished parts, machining, raw materials and shafts can be combined to suit each customer.
Magnetic Strips
Extruded door seal strips with custom sections and pole layouts, micro motor strips made to drawing, and Sm-Fe-N motor strips with 20–30% higher performance than ordinary ferrite strips.
Magnetic Rings
Injection-molded from nylon magnetic granules with in-mold orientation; finish turning reduces rotor vibration. Heat resistant to 120 °C for inductive encoders, appliance motors and automotive motors, and TSCA compliant.
Magnetic Granules
CPE granules for extrusion and calendering, PA6 and PA12 injection-grade granules, plus Sm-Fe-N and ferrite magnetic powders — produced with automatic weighing and mixing for stable magnetic performance.

Ferrite and CPE (chlorinated polyethylene) polymer; black thin sheets pressed from magnetic powder and plastic; high efficiency with continuous, cost-controlled production.
