OVERVIEW

Ferrite or rare-earth permanent magnet powder is compounded with thermoplastic resins such as nylon and PPS, coupling agents and lubricants, then intensively mixed, screw-compounded, extruded and pelletized.

The compounds offer good magnetic properties, high mechanical strength, good injection flow and excellent processability — ideal for integrally molding complex precision magnetic components.
