Manufacturing
Twin-screw pelletizing line
A fully automatic twin-screw strand pelletizing line for large-scale production of modified plastics. Precise dosing, melt compounding, cooling, pelletizing and screening, homogenizing, automatic packing and palletizing run as one continuous process — safeguarding flame retardancy, mechanical properties and batch-to-batch consistency for appliance housings, electrical fittings and plastic structural parts.

Step 01 / 08
Loss-in-weight feeder
The precision dosing unit of the line. Multiple loss-in-weight scales in parallel meter PP resin, halogen-free flame retardants, tougheners, stabilizers and other ingredients automatically and continuously to the formulation. Real-time weight-loss feedback adjusts the feed rate for very high ratio accuracy, eliminating formulation deviation at the source and keeping every batch consistent.

Step 02 / 08
Twin-screw extruder
The core machine of the pelletizing line. Ingredients are heated and melted in the barrel while the twin screws shear, knead and convey them, fully plasticizing, mixing and modifying the resin with functional additives. The homogeneous melt is extruded through the die as multiple uniform molten strands.

Step 03 / 08
Water-cooled strand bath
Molten strands leaving the extruder are hot and soft and cannot be hauled off or cut directly. In a circulating constant-temperature water bath they cool quickly and evenly and harden into solid strands with enough strength and toughness to prevent breaking or deforming during conveying and haul-off.

Step 04 / 08
Pelletizer
Dried continuous strands enter the pelletizer at a steady speed. High-precision feed rolls control the speed while high-speed alloy blades cut the strands into cylindrical pellets of standard length — precise and uniform, free of long or short pellets, and ready for downstream injection molding.

Step 05 / 08
Vibrating screen
Freshly cut pellets contain a few long pellets, twins, fines and dust. Multi-deck vibrating screens grade and separate off-spec pellets and dust, keeping only uniform, visually acceptable pellets for consistent product quality.

Step 06 / 08
Homogenizing silo
Screened pellets are conveyed pneumatically into homogenizing silos, where the whole batch is circulated and blended to eliminate local variations in color, density and performance — giving the entire batch uniform flame retardancy, mechanical properties and color.

Step 07 / 08
Automatic bagging machine
Bag placing, weighing, filling, sewing and sealing are completed automatically, with accurate weighing, high efficiency and good sealing for high-volume packing.

Step 08 / 08
Semi-automatic palletizer
Filled bags are conveyed to the palletizing station and stacked neatly and stably, saving labor and easing warehousing, forklift handling and shipping — the core of automated end-of-line warehousing.
Quality control
Inspection workflow
Nine inspection steps, from specimen preparation to data review, decide whether each batch is released for warehousing and shipment.
- Specimen preparation
- Appearance
- Impact
- Tensile
- Flexural
- Moisture
- Melt flow
- UV weathering
- Data review
- Inspection report

Sample injection molding machine
- Test
- Molds standard test bars from finished pellets under industry-standard conditions with strictly controlled parameters, so every bar is consistent and defect-free.
- Purpose
- Provides standard specimens for all physical and mechanical tests, avoiding errors caused by specimen defects.

Color matching light booth
- Test
- Inspects the appearance of the molded bars under multiple standard simulated light sources, checking color and molding defects.
- Purpose
- Verifies color consistency and rejects bars with bubbles, scratches, sink marks, short shots or weld lines before further testing.

Impact tester
- Test
- Applies an instantaneous impact load to standard bars and records the impact strength at fracture.
- Purpose
- Evaluates the toughness and impact resistance of halogen-free flame-retardant PP under sudden external force.

Universal tensile tester
- Test
- Pulls standard bars at constant speed to measure tensile strength, elongation at break and other tensile properties.
- Purpose
- Assesses tensile strength and ductility for structural stability under static tensile loads.

Flexural tester
- Test
- Measures flexural strength and flexural modulus with a standard three-point bending test under constant load.
- Purpose
- Checks stiffness and resistance to bending deformation for structural parts.

Halogen moisture analyzer
- Test
- Measures the moisture content of finished pellets quickly and accurately by halogen heating weight loss.
- Purpose
- Controls moisture to prevent bubbles, silver streaks and cracking during injection molding.

Melt flow rate tester
- Test
- Measures the melt flow rate (MFR) at the temperature and load specified by national standards.
- Purpose
- Monitors processing consistency between batches and indicates how easily the material can be molded.

UV accelerated weathering chamber
- Test
- Simulates outdoor UV light and temperature and humidity cycles to age specimens, then observes changes in appearance and properties.
- Purpose
- Evaluates resistance to UV aging, discoloration and property loss for long-term outdoor or exposed use.
Data review & inspection report
- Review
- All test data is consolidated and compared with industry standards and HIGA technical specifications to decide whether the batch conforms.
- Result
- A formal inspection report is issued as the quality basis for warehousing and shipment.
