High-Performance Sm-Fe-N Motor Magnetic Strip
High-speed and low-power motors: fans, blenders, water pumps and small DC motors.

CPE is chlorinated polyethylene elastomer, a saturated specialty rubber-plastic base.
Sm-Fe-N and strontium ferrite magnetic powders are compounded with additives, then internally mixed, calendered and magnetized into flexible motor strips — the mainstream magnet material for conventional appliance motors such as fans, blenders, water pumps and small DC motors.

Applications: HIGA high-performance Sm-Fe-N motor magnetic strips are used in high-speed and low-power motors. With rare-earth Sm-Fe-N as the main magnetic material and CPE as the main binder, they are calendered and cut to shape; with high-frequency, high-voltage magnetizing equipment they deliver 20–30% higher performance than ordinary ferrite motor strips.
